New Blog Aggregating Reviews of Cleveland Theater Critics

ClevelandTheaterReviews.com

Cleveland, Ohio – March 23, 2012

A new blog site, *ClevelandTheaterReviews.com*, announces its launch today.
This blog compiles the reviews of theater critics who are published in
various northeast Ohio print and online venues. Organized by show title, a
visitor can immediately see the capsule judgments of the area’s leading
theater critics, then click on full reviews if more information is desired.

Sponsored by the Cleveland Critics Circle, the purpose of
ClevelandTheaterReviews.com is to raise awareness and increase the
visibility of Greater Cleveland's vibrant theater scene. It does this by
providing a one-stop resource for theater reviews by the area’s most-read,
most-awarded and most-credentialed theater arts journalists.

ClevelandTheaterReviews.com provides critiques of most productions by these
theater companies:

 · Actors’ Summit

· Beck Center for the Arts

· Blank Canvas Theatre

· Cain Park

· Cesear’s Forum

· Cleveland Play House

· Cleveland Public Theatre

· Cleveland Shakespeare Festival

· convergence-continuum

· Dobama Theatre

· Ensemble Theatre

· Great Lakes Theater

· Karamu House

· Lakeland Theatre

· Mercury Summer Stock

· Ohio Shakespeare Festival

· PlayhouseSquare

· Porthouse Theatre

· Theater Ninjas

Theaters may be added or subtracted from this list based on the many
factors, such as the priorities of the print and online publications where
the reviews initially appear.

A full list of the critics and their biographical credentials are available
on ClevelandTheaterReviews.com.* *These individuals are all members of the
Cleveland Critics Circle, which seeks to promote theater in Cleveland.

Reviews are posted early in the run of a show, typically a day to a week
after a show’s opening night. The reviews will remain on the blog after the
run of the show, for archival purposes.
