[NEohioPAL] bagpipe player needed-Scottish music mainly

We are a nonprofit and need a bagpipe player for April 25th , a
Wednesday evening, for a retirement party of a long-time employee who is
from Scottland.  A short time of playing would be fine, between 4pm and
6pm.  We would be very grateful for a volunteer, but if we have to pay a
small fee, we can talk.
