I am putting together a group of singers for a live gospel recording concert. I am in need of two altos to sing three part harmony. All people involved are volunteering. All rehearsals and the concert will take place in Akron, Ohio. Below is the rehearsal schedule but does not include extra events which are still being scheduled. Located at Sound Mind Worship Center: All rehearsals will end at 12pm unless otherwise noted

 

April 14: 9am Musicians

May 5: 9am Musicians

June 9: NO REHEARSAL ENJOY THE WEEKEND OFF!!!

                7pm +singers

            *We will be there late so that rehearsals are not elongated the next week*

 

June: 26: 7pm Everybody

June 29: CELEBRATE LIFE! CELEBRATE GOD! : Live!

 

12pm: Doors open to prepare sanctuary, vestibule, fellowship hall, dressing rooms etc.

 

3pm: Will arrives to ensure system, microphones, and recording equipment are set up.

 

3:30pm: Musicians arrive. Prepare and tune instruments.

                Vocalist arrive and report for vocal warm up.

 

4:15pm: Sound/Recording Check.

 

4:45pm: Dinner

                  Praise Team Sound Check

 

5:30pm: All people to dressing rooms to prepare.

 

6:15pm: Doors Open

 

6:55pm: Prayer and Scripture.

 

7-7:20pm: Praise Team up

 

7:25pm: Praise Dance

                 All musicians & vocalist meet for prayer.

 

7:30pm: Places for top of concert,

 

7:35pm: Intro Begins!!!!!!!!!!!!
