Strongsville Community Youth Theatre staffers Elaine Gritti and Jillian 
Leff will be joined each day by professional teaching artists Tim Keo 
and Debbie Keppler, who have extensive backgrounds in theatre and 
theatre education, including team teaching for Great Lakes Theater!

Tim Keo and Debbie Keppler are both currently Actor/Teachers with Great 
Lakes Theater.

Tim has been an actor with Beck, Dobama and Cleveland Public Theatre, 
among many others. He has toured with Magical Theatre Company and Great 
Lakes Theater Festival.Among the places Tim has taught theatre are the 
Cleveland School District's Summer Arts, Kaiser Permanente's Educational 
Theater Dept., Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital, and smART in the City.

Debbie Keppler has acted with Cleveland Play House, Cleveland Public 
Theatre and Great Lakes Theater Festival. She is a graduate of Baldwin 
Wallace with a B.A. in Theatre.Debbie has an extensive background in 
dance, stage combat, improv and theatre education.

Both actors will be bringing their impressive experience with Great 
Lakes Theater as Actor/Teachers to SCYT.

The workshop is limited to 25 students and is starting to fill!


Again, kids, ages 8-13, will engage in a variety of /rollicking/ games 
and activities designed to boost *creativity, confidence *and*skill*. A 
different *theatre theme* will be explored daily. These themes will run 
the gamut from *movement* to *improv* to *character exploration* and 
*much more! *

The workshop runs this July 9-13, from 9:00 A.M. until noon, daily.

The location will be Altenheim Community Center, 18533 Shurmer Road, 
Strongsville
