The Cleveland Shakespeare FestivalAnnounces AUDITIONS for the 15th Season of FREE Shakespearean Theater  
 
The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival, Cleveland’s only source for FREE, outdoor Shakespearean theater, proudly announces auditions for its 15th Season to open in June 2012.  This season, CSF will be presenting William Shakespeare’s As You Like It, directed by Dana Hart and King Henry the Eighth or All is True by William Shakespeare and John Fletcher, directed by David Hansen.
 
 
Open Auditions will be held at CSF headquarters (within the Ensemble Theater complex):
2843 Washington Blvd.
Cleveland Heights, OH 44118
 
on two dates: 
Sat. April 28 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and
Mon., April 30 from 7:00 to 10:00 pm
 
Callbacks will be arranged with each director and will take place the first week of May.
  
Auditions will be "open call" so no appointment will be necessary.  Auditioners will be seen in the order recorded at sign in.
 
Please bring two (2) copies of your head shot and resume'. Prepare two 
contrasting monologues - at least one should be from the works of 
William Shakespeare - keeping the combined total performance time under 
five minutes.
 
*Please note: the role of King Henry VIII has been cast and will be performed by Brian Pedaci.
