Announcing auditions for KENNETH KACMAR’s, MACBETH: The Rock Opera at Medina Performing Art Center on Sunday, May 6th from 1:00pm-5:00pm.  Rehearsals to begin in late June. 

 

MacBeth Peformance Schedule:  Fri. July 20th at 7:30 pm ; Sat. July 21 at 7:30 pm; Sun. July 22 at 2:00  pm; Thurs. July 26th at 7:30 pm; Sat. July 28th at 2:00 pm; Sun. July 29th at 7:30 pm.

 

MACBETH, The Rock Opera  A 70’s Rock inspired presentation of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, this workshop production will be musically led by its creator, Cleveland native, Kenneth Kacmar.  The production will be directed by Cameo’s resident director Bill Hoffman.  Kacmar, who wrote both the music and lyrics, currently resides in New York.  Plans for a New York workshop production and a Chicago equity run are in the works for this new treatment of the bard’s classic.
