Solon Center for the Arts is now accepting applications for Music
Director/Conductor for its upcoming Summer Stock production of *How To
Succeed In Business Without Really Trying *presented August 9 through 12.**



Qualified applicants must have completed a Bachelor of Music Degree,
Bachelor of Arts degree in Music or have earned a Music Education degree
from an accredited institution. Applicants should have a strong background
in ensemble performance, vocal conducting and demonstrated keyboard
competency. Candidates should have a proven and positive track record
training young vocalists (ages 13 - 19) and be enthusiastic to work with
student musicians. Graduate experience a plus.



Applicants must be available for auditions (June 18 through 20 from 5:00 pm
to 9:00 pm), weekly rehearsals (Monday through Friday 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
July 16 through August 8, possible additional rehearsals on August 3
through 5 and performance August 9 through 12. This is a contract position.
The applicant will be an independent contractor and not an employee of
Solon Center for the Arts or the City of Solon.
