[NEohioPAL] Still looking for a roommate--GREAT deal!

Hey all,

My roommate recently moved out to pursue a new job in Columbus, leaving me
with a spot to fill. I currently live in a house that has been divided into
3 apartments in Cleveland Hts, within walking distance to a bus stop and
the Coventry area. Our apartment is on the first floor, and has hardwood
flooring throughout, a spacious kitchen, one full bath, two bedrooms and
free (yes, you read that right...FREE) laundry and parking.

While I don't have exact measurements for the guest bedroom, neither of my
previous roommates ever had any space issues and the room comes with a
cable hook up and a small pseudo-walk-in style closet and mirror. There is
also a basement with plenty of storage space and half of a storage locker
included!

Rent would be $250 a month plus utilities (electric, gas and cable which
come to about $100 total a month) and could be month-to-month if you so
desire. Water and trash are included in the rent, and the cable fee ($60 a
month split two-ways) covers television and wireless high-speed internet
throughout the apartment. One parking space is available.

The lease is month-to-month so no long term commitment necessary! If you'd
like to see pictures I'd be glad to share them!

Just a heads up, interested parties have to be okay with pets as I have a
long-haired calico cat and 2 goldfish. You won't be required to be
responsible for them if you don't want to help out, but the cat does have
run of the apartment. I am mildly allergic to cats and have never had a
problem with her, so unless you have super bad allergies, odds are you'll
be okay.

is within walking distance of Cedar/Lee (and the 24hr CVS), Coventry,
Cedar/Fairmount, Shaker Square, Downtown Cleveland and the Westside, not to
mention CSU, Case Western and Notre Dame Universities. We're also within
walking distance of both Dobama and Big Dog theaters and not too far a
drive from Playhouse Square/Cleveland Playhouse and CPT. Don't have a car?
There is an RTA bus stop at the corner of the street and a Rapid Transit
station nearby!
