[NEohioPAL] looking for affordable office space

Northeast Ohio Arts Community,

Pinpoint Media is growing, but so is downtown.  Recent (Casino-inspired) parking rate increases are forcing us to move out of our West 9th street location, and we would appreciate suggestions for affordable, safe office and studio space for our team.

We're open to east, west or south. Our working perimeter could be described as a line circling the city, passing through Cleveland Heights, Solon, Brecksville, Brookpark, and North Olmsted.  We need 2,500 - 3,500 square feet with at least one shooting room 22' X 15' or larger.  The shooting room doesn't have to be beautiful, but should be reasonably quiet and echo-free.  For the rest of the space we need offices or a divide-able area for editing suites and producers.  We need a dozen parking spaces.

As a three year old start-up, we can't pay even close to market asking price in most areas, so we'll need a creative sub-lease or fixer-upper.  We are willing to trade first-class design and video production work to supplement the rent check.

We'd like to move by August 1st.

We are most known for producing Crime Stoppers television programs.
