(Medina, Ohio- May 14, 2012) Summer garden parties and summer wines are
natural partners, and Main Street Medina is pleased to announce An Evening
in the Garden Wine Tasting, hosted by Boyert’s Greenhouse (7171 Wooster
Pike, Medina, OH 44256), June 28, 2012, from 6:30-8:30pm. Tickets are $25
per person through June 1 ( $30 June 2 through the event date), and include
tastings of six different wines, hors d'oeuvres, and a 10% discount on

Café, Gramercy Gallery, Whitey’s Army Navy, or either Medina City Buehlers
stores.

“We’re always looking for interesting places and spaces to host our
fundraising events,” shared Matt Wiederhold of Main Street Medina. “The
historic district is beautiful and certainly one of the crown jewels in
Medina County as far as great public spaces, but we like to also share other
iconic spaces in the City. We’ve held events at the Medina County Historical
Society John Smart House Museum and ROOT Candles, so hosting an evening
event, surrounded by the lush plantings and gardens at Boyert’s, seemed like
a perfect setting for food, wine, and fellowship.”

Main Street Medina is entering their fifth year of promoting the historic
district as a destination for residents and visitors, as well as supporting
locally owned and operated businesses. The fundraisers held throughout the
year help support the group, which is a membership-based, Ohio non-profit
organization.
