DEFAMATION is the story of two people who find themselves
in court following an innocent business meeting. Arthur Golden,
a suburban Chicago entrepreneur, had invited Regina Wade, an
African-American graphic designer, to his suburban home to enlist
her help with an upcoming charity benefit. All went well until
Ms. Wade left and Golden discovered that his heirloom watch was
missing. He shared his concerns/suspicions not only with Ms. Wade,
but also with the woman who had recommended her...

TODD LOGAN is a filmmaker and humorist as well as playwright.
His plays *Tops or Bottoms, Persistence of Vision, Fallout, The*
*Playwright and All That Crap** *and *Botanic Garden *have all been
seen in Chicago (the last directed by Olympia Dukakis). He will
lead the audience talkback at both performances.
