WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPEREINCED ACTORS TO PLAY THE FOLLOWING ROLES:
 
 
[NANCY BURKETT] 40s,
pretty, with eyes that sparkle, she is Bill's wife, mother of 17 year-old
Bobby. A warm, supportive and loving wife and mother, who enjoys her life on
the family farm. And supports her husband at all cost.
 
[DARNELL TAYLOR] 16
years old, good sense of humor, sophomore, a talented football player, a
plucky, hard-working, tenacious young man, recruited by Vince for the St.
Thomas team. At first reluctant, due in large part to the desires of his
parents that he attend Canton High, Darnell later opts to attend St. Thomas
where he is, happily, given the position as wide receiver. , Darnell eventually
proves a real asset to the team.
 
[JAMAL LEE] A
scrawny, nervous teen, the only member of the Canton Chess Club, he is Big
Mack's cousin. A studious kid who works at the local pizzeria, he is surprised
when Big Mack refuses to join the team unless Jamal is included. While not an
athlete, he eventually finds something he's good at...
 
JUSTIN (BIG) MACK] A hulking teen, formerly in juvie, now
working at a pizzeria, he is recruited by Vince to play for St. Thomas Aquinas.
Given a chance to redeem himself, Big Mack proves an invaluable player and a
good guy...
