[NEohioPAL] Feature film Audition in Cleveland, OH- "Swing Lowe Sweet Chariote"

Cleveland Style Casting in association with HWIC Films, creator of "The Quiet Arrangement" and "The Dark of Winter" is holding auditions for its latest, feature-length film project "Swing Lowe, Sweet Chariote" based on a novel by Stella Hall.
We are casting for the following roles:
Chariote Lowe – (Main Character) Attractive, athletic, African American female. Able to play ages 17 to 21. Very smart, college bound high school senior whose relationships and circumstances lead her towards a questionable path. 
Harriet Lowe – (Supporting) African American female, tough, mid 30’s/40’s. Mother of Main Character, Chariote. Has lived a hard life and has a very seedy past. Struggling to put her life back together and repair her relationship with her daughter. 
Lilly - (Supporting) Attractive, African American female. Able to play ages 17 to 21. Best friend of Main Character, Chariote. Lilly is a quiet, sweet high school senior with plans of attending college.
Gram - (Leading) African American female, mid 50’s to 60’s. She is the grandmother of Main Character, Chariote and mother of Supporting Character, Harriet. Gram is loving and religious but can also be a disciplinarian. She has raised Chariote and is determined to see her granddaughter escape the mean streets.
Ace - (Leading) African Amercan male. Attractive and athletic look. Mid 20’s. Ace is a drug dealer with a powerful presence. He has a clique of street soldiers and dominates the streets. He pursues the Main Character, Chariote, as a love interest.
Snapp - (Supporting) Jaimaican or African American male. Preferably wears dreads. Attractive and athletic. Mid 20’s. Snapp is the right hand man of Leading Character, Ace.

Detroit - African American male, Mid 20 to 30 yrs old, local drug dealer. Rival of Leading Character, Ace
Lord Beautiful, Open Ethnicity, Attractive, henchman of Mr. W.
Drug Addicts , open ethnicity, gender and age
Child Chariote, African American female, age 6 to 9yrs old
Bartender, open ethnicity, gender and age
Restaurant Host/ess, open ethnicity, gender and age
Mall cops, open ethnicity, gender and age

Various extras for neighborhoods, restaurant, funeral, school, etc.
