[NEohioPAL] Seeking "theatre -person" roommate in Medina, OH

Hello to all!

I am currently looking for a roommate to lease a gorgeous house in Medina,
OH.

House is centrally located, walking distance to Square, newly rennovated
with 2BR, 1 bath, large kitchen, washer/dryer and living room. It's lovely!

Private entrance, garage, driveway, back deck and yard are also included!

Rent is $425/mo plus utilities, which the landlady said ran about $100...so
in total, you're looking at around $550/mo. We would be responsible for
mowing the lawn.

I am a fun, energetic theatre gal who works full time, has a cat,
non-smoker (but doesn't mind outdoor smoking) and is looking for a roommate
to share space with not a lot of personal problems.
