[NEohioPAL] MacBeth A Rock Opera World Premier in Medina

MacBeth A Rock Opera - an original musical interpretation of Shakespeare's tragedy - opens July 20th at the fabulous Medina Performing Arts Center

Kenneth Kacmar, a Cleveland native who currently works in New York City, wrote the music and lyrics - is in town music directing this workshop production.

Bill Hoffman (veteran director at the Cleveland Playhouse, among other area theaters), is directing.

This show simply has to be seen to be believed.  The music and energy are absolutely electric.

The 13 member cast is backed up by a full rock band.

Only $10 in advance or $12 adults / $10 students or seniors at the door.

Shows are July 20, 21, 26, and 29 at 7:30 PM and July 22 and 28 at 2 PM

Cameo is the artist-in-residence of the Medina Performing Arts Center and is producing two musicals this summer.  In addition to MacBeth A Rock Opera, Little Women the Musical will run July 27, 28, August 2, 3, 4 at 7:30 PM and July 29 and August 5 at 2 PM.
