 *PERFORMANCES:* *This unique theater experience will take place December
21-23 at the Hanna Theater at Playhouse Square and is being produced by New
Community Bible Fellowship of University Heights, Ohio. ** *

*“For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given....”  The Nativity
story has been heard and seen by millions around the world.   It is a
timeless story of the triumph of good over evil, the power of light over
darkness, and the glorious account of the birth of the Messiah.  In
December 2012, a new account of the most significant birth in world history
will be told.  “A Son Is Given” is a groundbreaking retelling of this
classic story as an “urban ballet.”  Composer and lyricist, Myron, has
revived his original composition and redesigned a blend of modern dance,
ballet, drama, and urban dance with a musical score that is unlike anything
audiences have ever seen or heard.*

WHO: Advanced/Professional dancers aged 12 to adult.  There are paid and
apprentice positions available.
 WHEN: Auditions are Thursday, July 12 at 6:30pm; Friday, July 13 at
6:30pm, and Saturday, July 14 at 10:00am.

WHERE: New Community Bible Fellowship, 3557 Washington Boulevard,
University Heights, OH 44118.

WHAT TO PREPARE: Dancers should come prepared to dance on a concrete slab
floor for auditions and during some rehearsals.  Audition will include
ballet, jazz, hip-hop and contemporary/modern improvisation.  Over 15 dance
roles are available!
