[NEohioPAL] Looking for Film Editor familiar with FCP and DP

Looking for Editor familiar with editing films on FCP and Director of Photography familiar with lighting and working with all camera accessories including lighting, Jibs, Camera Track Sliders etc...for upcoming film project to be entered into film festivals. Shoot will be in NE Ohio and looking for local hires who are willing to work for a small stipend and copy of film.
Please be passionate about creating work with a small crew.
Looking to start preproduction by end of month and shooting in mid August.
