Attention Cleveland film fans--the 48 Hour Film Project kicks off tomorrow
evening at Anatomy Nightclub. Filmmakers will have two days to write,
produce, and edit their short films before they are screened before sold
out audiences and our three judges. The films will be given awards
including the Best Film, which will move on to represent Cleveland in the
international Filmapalooza competition to be held next year in L.A.!

Tickets for the screenings are on sale now! The screenings will be held at
Tower City Cinemas on August 1st at 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm and on August 2nd
at 7:00 pm. There are different films in each screening. Tickets are just
$9 per screening and are on sale now by visiting
http://www.clevelandcinemas.com/showtimes.asp?ptID=AAGZR or by calling
Tower City Cinemas at 216-621-1374.

We will also be selling the 3-Screening Gold Pass for just $22 (a savings
of $5 if you paid for all three screenings individually). The Gold Pass
will be on sale at the Kickoff event this Friday from 6-7 pm, and the
Dropoff this Sunday from 6:30-8:00 pm, both at Anatomy Nightclub (1299 West
9th St Cleveland 44113). The Gold Pass is only on sale through Cleveland
Producer Brian Bowers (NOT through the Tower City Box Office), and can be
paid for with a check or cash (exact change please). All Gold Passes will
be available for pickup at Tower City Cinemas prior to the first screening.

It will certainly be a wild weekend of filmmaking in Cleveland. Come
support your local film community by attending the screenings next week.
