The Canton Charge, an NBA D-League team owned and operated by the Canton Charge are looking to hire an Entertainment Crew!

Type of Position: Part Time, Hourly
General Duties: The C-Squad is a co-ed interactive group that represents the Canton Charge NBA Development League team, owned by the Cleveland Cavaliers, at all home games and events throughout the community including charity and promotional events. The ultimate goal of this position is to create enthusiastic, energetic, and positive game environment in keeping with optimum NBA standards.
Responsibilities: 
	* Prepare and execute all Concourse, Kids Zone and In-Game Promotions at Charge home games.
	* Strong focus on positive fan engagement and being friendly and helpful to fans.
	* Act as an entertainment support system to encourage fan engagement and build Charge brand.
	* Promote the Charge throughout local community events.
	* Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
	* Must be 18 years or older.
	* General knowledge of Charge Basketball.
	* Flexible schedule.
	* Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
	* Must have reliable transportation to and from Canton Memorial Civic Center.
	* Demonstrated knowledge and enthusiasm for the Canton Charge.
	* Excellent interpersonal skills.
	* Needs a Hands-On, Positive Energy and Outgoing attitude.
	* Must be able to follow instructions and make decisions on the spot.
	* Must collaborate well in a team environment.
	* Live entertainment background a plus (cheer, dance, theater, etc.)
