Weathervane Community Playhouse Summerstock 2012 presents:  The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)

  

The Weathervane Community Playhouse Education Department's Summerstock 2012 program will present The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) this Saturday, August 11th at 7:30 PM in the Founder's Mainstage Theater.  This hilarious parody condenses thirty-seven of Shakespeare's written works into an hour and a half of side-splitting improv based comedy. The performance is the culmination of a two week intensive summer camp theater experience for 9 teenagers, ages 13-18, from Medina, Summit, Stark, and Portage Counties.  Over the course of the play, the 7 member cast will bring to life (or breathe new life) into many of Shakespeare's famous characters.  Directed by Robert J. Putka, with technical assistance by Charles Korecki, the show is free and open to the general public.  A free will offering will be accepted on behalf of the Weathervane Education Department.
