Join the Cleveland Chinese Music Ensemble as they perform a selection of traditional Chinese melodies, including several pieces about dragons, in honor of the current Year of the Dragon.
Instruments include dizi and xiao (bamboo flutes), suona (oboe), sheng (mouth organ), gaohu, yehu, zhonghu, and dahu (2-stringed fiddles), pipa (pear-shaped lute), yueqin (moon lute), guzheng (21-string zither), gongs, drums, and other percussion instruments.
The event is free, but prior registration is required.
