I'm a local writer/director entering pre-production on my next short film, a very dark comedy/social commentary piece.
I'd like to make connection with a local comedy writer to help polish the script and/or make comedic contributions at the script or story level.
I am happy to pay for the right person and will give appropriate credit, but what I think I would prefer is someone to collaborate with at the script level who shares my own sensibilities for the story -- more of a writing partner per se.
