This is a great deal for theatre folks!  Tone up that body and have fun at the same time.
Aug. 29--One-day sale--$99.  As many classes as you want between now and Dec. 31.

Details: Mary Beth McCann, great Jazzercise instructor on the east side, is offering a tremendous deal.
She teaches 8 classes a week: 4 morning and 4 evening.
Classes at Cleveland Hts. Community Center, free parking lot entered off Monticello, between Mayfield and Lee: Mon., Tues., Wed., Thurs. evenings from 6:30 to 7:30.  Also Saturday 8:45 AM.
Classes at So. Euclid Methodist Church, 1534 So. Green, just south of Mayfield, free parking behind the church: Mon., Wed., and Thurs. at 9:30 AM.

If you take 4 classes a week, the cost will come down to $1.50 per class.  If you take two classes a week, $3 per class.  
This offer is only open to folks (males and females!!) who have never done Jazzercise or who have been away for more than a year.
Each class consists of 5 minute warm-up, 30 minutes aerobic exercise (simple dance moves), and 25 minutes of strength training.  You will want a mat and hand weights, although you can borrow to start with.
Mary Beth makes it easy to follow as she gives good cues.
