SYNOPSIS:  When a school district and community take a "Boys will be Boys"
attitude, a teen makes emotional hostages of his victims. Only after tragedy
strikes do the powerful and powerless come together for change.

Lillshell Gray, Mercedes Brown and Michael Stirtmire as THE BOOGEY MAN---
