[NEohioPAL] IMMEDIATE NEED FOR VIOLINIST AND CELLIST FOR LAST FIVE YEARS!!

Michael Dempsey, Director of The Last Five Years, is seeking a talented
violinist and cellist for a production of "The Last Five Years at Salem
Community Theatre.  Tech week is THIS WEEK--the show opens FRIDAY.  You
would be needed to start ASAP on Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest.  The
music is moderately difficult and as the band consists of only violin,
cello, piano and guitar, and includes some solos, mastering the music in a
short period of time is very important.  This is a beautiful score by Jason
Robert Brown, composer of "Parade" and "Songs For A New World."  Our
musical director, Alex Marr, is an extremely accomplished MD and pianist.

This is a paid position, and players living more than 25 miles from the
theatre will also be paid a travel stipend.

The production runs for two weeks only Fri-Saturday-Sunday (matinee) at 8
PM and 2 PM, Sept 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23.  Six performances total with 3
rehearsals, Tues-Thurs.  If you have to miss a rehearsal, contact me anyway.
