This adult-themed, iconic musical takes on a whole new life in Workshop’s
intimate space as it transforms into a 1920’s Berlin nightclub. The lead
character, Cliff, provides the bookend beginning and end as he comes to
Berlin via train, becomes immersed in the chaos of the coming of the Third
Reich, then exits on the same train that brought him there.



Throughout, the cabaret numbers reflect the plot as Germany and our
characters descend into the heartbreaks brought on by that tumultuous era.

Performances are September 6, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22 at 8 p.m., with
Sunday matinees on September 16 and 23 at 3 p.m.

Each performance can accommodate two persons using a wheelchair.  Advance
reservations are strongly suggested by calling the box office at
