ITEM:  Congrats! toMichael Laurenty, Playwright-in-Residence, on the successful staged reading of his play, Wishing Well, which featured actors from Wake Up And Live:Gary Webster, Eva Withers-Evans, & James McGilbray, as well as a stellar cast who brought Michael's story alive.  Michael received the highest praise from an audience member, who stated that she got "so involved with the story, that she forgot it was a staged reading.  Much success to Michael on his quickly emerging success as a playwright.  Also, stay tuned, Michael, Gary & the Playwrights' Team from Wake Up And Live, will lead a Playwriting Workshop, Sat. 10/20/12, 10:00 A - 1:30 P.  Details forthcoming, soon. 

ITEM: Congrats! to Vickie Williams, Playwright, & Michael Laurenty, Playwright.  Their play, Angelic Voices in Ritanardo has been selected to be read in Cleveland Public Theatre's Springboard Series, Sat. 10/13 & Sat. 10/20.  Contact Vickie vlwms50 at yahoo.com, and Michael michael at samesa.org, for Curtain times, admission, which CPT theatre reading will be read, and any other info.    (Heads up!  Vickie's play, "Vigil" will be presented in CPT's Blackbox series, early 2013.) 

ITEM:  James McGilbray, actor, co-host & Producer, "Wake Up And Live with the Arts, is the proud owner of his "brand new" Century Home.  James will probably need volunteers as he will be completely renovating his soon-to-be dream home and studio.
