[NEohioPAL] AUDITIONS: Short Film (Screwball Comedy)

“F-Stop Fitzgerald Productions” and “Wendt Productions” are holding an OPEN
AUDITION for roles in “Court-Appointed Narrator,” a short film to be filmed
in northeastern Ohio this October and November.

Saturday, October 20th  -  10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sunday, October 21st  -  1 p.m. to 5 p.m.


ROLES:

Mr. Watson - 40s to 60s, male

The Judge - 40s to 60s, male

Banquet Worker - 20s, male or female

Girl at Coffee Shop - 20s, female

Guy at Coffee Shop - 20s, male

Lawyer - 30s to 60s, male or female

Janitor - 30s to 60s, male

Woman - 60s to 70s, female

Journalist - 30s to 50s, male or female

Chess Player - 20s to 60s, male or female

Patrons at Business Functions (multiple) - 30s to 60s, male and female


Sides available at audition. First come, first audition.


“Court-Appointed Narrator” is a screwball comedy written and directed by
Ohio filmmaker Jason Moliterno, who recently won ‘Best Short’ at the 2011
Akron Film Festival.


Filming will take place in Cleveland, Youngstown, and Akron, Ohio.


Tentative filming dates are for the weekends of October 27th/28th and
November 3rd/4th.  Dates are subject to change.  Different roles may film
on different days.


This is a volunteer job. Food will be provided on filming days.
