"Deathtrap" by Ira Levin opens at Huntington Playhouse tonight and will play through Sunday, November 4th.  Performances are on Friday & Saturday evenings at 
8:00 PM, with one Sunday matinee on Nov. 4th at 2:00 PM.  Tickets are $20.00.
 
A once-successful writer of Broadway thrillers is struggling to overcome a "dry" spell which has resulted in a string of failures and a shortage of funds. A possible break in his fortunes occurs When he receives a script from one of his students: a thriller which he recognizes immediately as a potential Broadway hit. With his wife's help, he devises a plan to offer collaboration to the student--an idea the younger man quickly accepts. Thereafter, suspense mounts steadily as the plot begins to twist and turn with devilish cleverness until the final, startling conclusion.

The cast consists of Chris Bizub, Alex Nalbach, Sharon Nieland, Robert O'Malley, & Jeanine Surace.  The show is directed by Dave MacKeigan.
