*CLEVELAND PLAY HOUSE
ANNOUNCES AUDITIONS FOR
NON-UNION ACTRESSES (early-mid 20’s)
FOR MARGIE AND MIKE*

*Margie and Mike* is a part of the Classroom Matinee Touring Program at
Cleveland Play House. Classroom Matinee tours directly to schools in Ohio,
Michigan, and Pennsylvania for children K-3rd grade. (Please know that this
may include some overnight traveling, given that some locations are up to 4
hours away.)

CPH is seeking non-union actresses for the role of Margie. While the
character is eight years old, an actress in her 20’s will be casted.
Inspired from our upcoming main stage spring production of *Good
People,*the story evolves from Margie’s relationship with her new
neighbor Mike.

In addition to performing, actors will also implement theatre education
workshops that complement the performance. The Education Department at CPH
will assist actors with these preparations.

Contracts for performers become effective as of mid-December, and the tour
runs from January 7, 2013 to May 31, 2013.

*AUDITIONS will be held on
Monday, October 29th
1:30pm-3:30pm (by appointment only)

*WHERE:*
Classroom A, 5th floor of the Middough Building
1901 E. 13th St. (between Euclid and Dodge Court)
Signs will direct you to the audition room

*PREPARATIONS:*
When you make an appointment, you will be sent a side to look over prior to
the audition. You will be auditioning for Pamela DiPasquale, Director of
Education at Cleveland Play House.
