[NEohioPAL] Dobama Theatre - Ushers Needed for 'A Bright New Boise'

Hello theater lovers!
 
Dobama Theatre's 2nd production, 'A Bright New Boise' is about to open, and
we hope you can help.
 
If you are interested and available to volunteer as an usher, please send an
e-mail to lberenson at dobama.org, or call Lori at 216-381-3323 during the
hours of 9am and 10pm.
 
Here is a list of the positions that are needed for each show:
 
1-2 Concessions: to be positioned at the concession stand to sell drinks &
snacks; and sell Dobama merchandise
1-2 Tickets / programs: to be positioned at the theatre door to take tickets
and provide programs to patrons
1 Greeter: to be positioned at the main entrance to greet patrons, and
direct them to the box office or the theatre
1 Coat Check person
 
Shown below are dates and times for this production ('Curt' is curtain time;
'Box' is when the Box Office opens - usher arrival time is usually the same
as when Box Office opens).  Also shown is the number people still needed for
each show, including alternates.  'PST' - Pre-show talk    'TB' - Talk-back
after show
 
Thurs, 10/25 (Curt-7:30; Box-6:30) - (need 2+alt)
Fri, 10/26 (Curt-8; Box-7) - Opening Night (PST) - (need 4+alt)
Sat, 10/27 (Curt-8; Box-6:30) - Subscribers Night  (PST)  (TB) - (need
6+alt)
Sun, 10/28 (Curt-7:30; Box-6:30) - (need 6+alt)
 
Thurs, 11/1 (Curt-7:30; Box-6:30) (PST) - (need 4+alt)
Fri, 11/2 (Curt-8; Box-7) - (need 1+alt)
Sat, 11/3 (Curt-8; Box-7) - (need 8+alt)
Sun, 11/4 (Curt-2:30; Box-1:30) (PST) - (need 4+alt)
 
Thurs, 11/8 (Curt-7:30; Box-6:30) - (need 5+alt)
Fri, 11/9 (Curt-8; Box-7) (PST) - (need 3+alt)
Sat, 11/10 (Curt-8; Box-7)   (PST)  (TB) - (need 1+alt)
Sun, 11/11 (Curt-2:30; Box-1:30) - (need 2+alt)
 
Thurs, 11/15 (Curt-7:30; Box-6:30) (PST) - (need 7+alt)

If you have not ushered at Dobama before, please contact me and I will happy
to send you a link to the Usher Schedule online and an Usher Information
document that will tell you everything you need to know about working as a
Dobama usher.  In the meantime, here are a few FAQ's:
 
1.    Dress: Black & white, any combination
2.    Watching the Show: Unless there is a sold-out house, ushers will be
able to find a seat and watch the entire show.  If there is a sold-out
house, you will receive a voucher to come to another show.
