*SOLON PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA TO PRESENT *

*NOVEMBER, 4 2012 CONCERT AT SOLON CENTER FOR THE ARTS*

On Sunday, November 4, 2012 at 3:00 pm, Solon Philharmonic Orchestra will
present its first concert of the 2012-13 season conducted by Principal
Conductor Vincent L. Danner and Associate Conductor Brian Thornton. This
performance will feature works by several of classical music’s master
composers, including “Bacchanale” from *Samson et Dalilah* by Camille
Saint-Saëns, *Letter from Home* by Aaron Copland, “Pavanne” from *American
Symphonette No. 2* by Morton Gould, *Masquerade Suite * by Aram
Khachaturian, and *Symphony No. 5* by Franz Schubert.



Concertgoers are invited to attend a “Meet the Artists” reception following
the concert where they will have the opportunity to meet the conductors and
musicians of the orchestra.



Tickets are currently on sale for $12 general admission, $10 for seniors
