[NEohioPAL] The Taming of the Shrew at Beaumont School

Beaumont School
presents Shakespeare’s classic tale The Taming of the Shrew this
weekend, November 8 through November 11. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for
students and seniors. 

 In this
gender-bender take on Shakespeare’s classic play, the roles are reversed, and
Padua, circa 1591 is updated to a society in which women dominate and men are
viewed as merely property, in a future world inspired by science fiction films
and television shows of the 1960s. 

 Performances are
Thursday, November 8 at 7:00 pm, Friday and Saturday, November 9 and 10 at 7:30
pm and Sunday, November 11 at 2:30 pm. Reservations are suggested. Call the Box
