[NEohioPAL] Protecting and Caring for a Dancer's Body

On Sunday, January 6th, 2pm-3:30pm, Constellations PAC is hosting a seminar
on protecting and caring for a dancer's body.

 

The featured guest is Ms. Hope Davis, who is an Athletic Trainer
specializing in Dance Medicine.

 

Any athletic activity, including dance, introduces stresses on the body and
makes overuse type strains and injuries more likely.

 

Learn how to properly care for and protect a dancer's body from an expert in
the field.

 

The cost for this invaluable information is only $10. Pre-registration is
required and is open to dancers 10yrs and up. If you would like to attend,
please send us an email or give us a call in the office.

 

(Don't worry if you don't have or can't get a fit ball or foam roller. Ms.
Davis will have some that others can share as part of the demonstration.)
