To Whom this May or May not Concern,
	Recently,I was solicited  by a group on the NEOhioPal for a donation to the "Kevin Joseph Kelly Legal Fund." I have only met Mr. Kelly once, in passing, and have not had the experience of working with Mr. Kelly in either a Professional or Community Theater Capacity. That being said, I understand that Mr. Kelly is thought of, by many in the Cleveland Theater Community, to be a beloved figure. I also appreciate and understand a community's unrest, and subsequent outpouring of emotion when a highly respected member is subject to a public, and publicized scandal. 
	That being said, this email is not supposed to be critical of the parties associated in either side of Mr. Kelly's legal situation. Rather, this email is a personal criticism for, and directed at the NeOhioPal, the fundamentals of which are to serve the Cleveland Theater Community as a whole, and not just to solicit funds for its "beloved" members.
	I do not want to make a statement regarding Mr. Kelly's assumed innocence, or supposed guilt in regards to this case. I am, however, asking you, the "powers that be" associated with the NEOhioPal to remember that there are TWO sides associated with any and all legal cases. I also would ask you to remember that any and all persons NOT associated with finding Mr. Kelly innocent may also be represented within the Cleveland Theater Community, and to, therefore, remember your obligations to them to remain impartial and unbiased. 
	I respect, admire and am proud to be a member of the Cleveland (Ohio) theater community. I feel very fortunate to be able to create and artistically express myself in an environment that is both entirely accepting, and unbelievably encompassing. However, it discourages me, and perhaps other not quite so established, and certainly not so "beloved" within the community, to see movements within the community that are so entirely insular and completely one-sided. 
	Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this. Wishing everyone with an artistic brain, and a strange and different point of view a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.
