Dobama Theatre's premiere production of Christopher Johnston's GHOSTS OF WAR continues this week. Based on interviews with a retired Marine officer who served in Vietnam, the play reveals Jim Kyle’s 40-year search to learn what happened to his friend, Danny Nicklow, who was killed at Khe Sanh in 1967. He was a member of the First Battalion, Ninth Marines, better known as The Walking Dead. The play explores three Marines who served in Vietnam: One dies and leaves his promise unfulfilled; one is severely wounded and remains haunted by war; one loses his family in an act of angry self-destruction, but finds redemption when he uncovers the truth about his friend’s heroic death.

Friday, Saturday @ 8:00pm
Sunday @ 2:30pm
