Announcing auditions for the Spring Show at Lake Erie College February 6 and 7 from 5 - 7 pm with callbacks February 8 at 5pm Location:  the CK Rickel Auditorium in the Royce Hall for Fine and Performing Arts We will be producing THE MACHINE STOPS by Taylor Doherty This play is set in a fantasy world with magic princesses and evil guards and shows what happens when two mysterious strangers show up with a secret that turns the world upside down. Roles are:  Princess Miranda - A beautiful woman who caries herself with grace and nobility.   Kyra - Cute young girl, sweet and shy.  Fragile, impossibly kind and understanding at every turn.   Christophe - Miranda’s Prince Charming.  Handsome, brave, strong and even fairly smart.   Ferret - Short, thin fireball loyal to the Princess and the others of his group.  (may be cast as a male or female) Ma - A friendly tavern-keeper.   Dave Corrigan - young man, friendly personality, adventurous spirit...  “DOC” Pallenberg- A man of science but love makes people act in strange ways. Multiple guards, some with lines  Performances dates:  April 4, 5, and 6 at 7:30 AND April 7 at 2pm. Auditions will consist of cold readings as well as improv games. Come with your schedule of availability. Copies of script will be available in the college's Lincoln Library as well as the Fine Arts Department's Box Office. These auditions are open to everyone!!!!
