Things are jumping at Hessler on the Heights at 2174 Lee Rd. across from the Cedar Lee Theater. This Sunday we're holding two events - Hooping will be from 2 to 5, and our newest endeavor, Stitch and Bitch with Marci from 2 to 4 (or however long we want to go!) Bring your projects and if you need help with anything, Marci has taught knitting and will be happy to help.
 
In other news, the Laughter Club will be meeting on Thursday evenings at 7 p.m., starting this coming Thursday, February 21st. What a happy, healthy start to the weekend!
 
Another new element we're adding is Guests Artists doing Mini-Shows for five days at a time, Thursdays through Mondays. We'll have one featured artist at a time, and he or she will be there to discuss their work with you. You'll be receiving another e-mail blast soon announcing our first Guest Artist's show and the terrific party we'll have in celebration of this new, regular event.
 
Finally, to all those who attended our Grand Re-Opening Open House last Sunday, our thanks and appreciation. We had the nicest crowd of wonderful people who got to hear Eve 'n' Stephen play with David Krauss, David Mahoney lead our drum circle, Charlie Mossbrook's music, Anita Keys and Ryann Anderson, and others. The Laughter Club had a short meeting, sock puppets made an appearance,there was food galore, and a great time was had by all!!
