Great Lakes Youth Ballet and Karna Fitness Cleveland are excited to offer  
joint enrollment in two of our most popular classes.  No need for a sitter  
while you get in your workout, your preschoolers can dance in the very next  
room!
 
    JOIN US FOR A FREE DEMO CLASS of both  formats on Thursday, February 
21st at 1:00 pm at 
Great Lakes Youth Ballet, 10670 Royalton Road, N.  Royalton
 
For your Preschoolers:
 
Pre Ballet/Creative Movement (Ages 3-6)
This class is a fun introduction to dance utilizing music, movement and  
your imagination.  Students will practice basic coordination skills through  
games and dancing as well as begin learning basic ballet positions using 
music  and their imaginations.
 
For YOU!
 
Restore the Core
 
Restore the Core alleviates the changes that pregnancy brings and will get  
you back in your skinny jeans in no time!  Whether your baby is 3 months or 
 30 years, restore the core WORKS!  Women of all ages have lost up to 6  
inches from their waists, hips, thighs and bottoms.  You won't believe the  
changes you can see in your body over the course of a 4 week session:   
Improve your posture, Tighten the rear, Increase hamstring flexibility, Firm up  
the low belly, Strengthen Pelvic Floor Muscles, Slim down inner and outer  
thighs, Feel Awesome!!
