Singer/songwriter Diana Tyler will be featured in a FREE concert on March
8th at 12:00 pm as a part of TrueNorth Cultural Arts Center's Noontime
Concert Series. The concert will take place at Lorain County Metroparks'
French Creek Nature & Arts Center, 4530 Colorado Ave., Sheffield Village, OH
(440) 949-5200. No reservations are needed to attend this event.

"Earthy songs about heaven...and heavenly songs about more earthy things"
well describes the diversity of Diana Tyler's original music. A
singer/songwriter/guitarist who draws from a wide range of musical styles,
Diana's songs of spirituality and inspiration find relevance even beyond
church walls. But her faith testimonies, songs of social justice, and
musical relationship studies are delivered with a glad-hearted touch,
sharing stage time with fun songs about cowboys, firemen, human sexuality,
and duct tape. This eclectic mix is often joined with classic covers
spanning several genres and decades, and will most likely include an Irish
song or two for this early March concert.

Diana has shared her joyful blend of music with small groups as well as
stadium and convention audiences of several thousand. She has performed
regionally both as a solo artist and as a member of the now-retired
Christian rock band, CRISIS, with whom she released one cd. Several of her
songs have appeared on worship compilation cds, while others have been
published as part of a children's Sunday school curriculum. Diana is an
administrative member of Cleveland Songwriters and has also served as one of
two Cleveland chapter coordinators of Just Plain Folks, an international,
online music community. She also has organized weekly jam sessions for local
musicians as part of The E.R. (The Each-One-Teach-One Room). Serving in the
worship band each Sunday is just one of several responsibilities she
currently holds at North Eaton Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
