After doing almost 3 months of Hurricane Sandy relief work in Staten Island , NYC I have chosen to move there.. most E...VERYTHING .. including the house .. MUST go this week !!!! Please help me get back there ASAP !!!!!

Asking $165 k .. will take all reasonable & pre-qualified offers seriously .. I must sell to buy in new location.. MUST be pre-qualified for me to accept offer buyer will assume any violations .. it has none known outstanding with the City of Cleveland Hts .. For sale by owner .. for now..
