Magnificat High School is honored to present to you the classic story of L.M. Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables in a stage adaptation by Joseph Robinette (Produced by special arrangement with The Dramatic Publishing Company). There are countless themes as well as timeless life lessons in which you can learn lots! This touching story certainly leads the viewer to truly examine his/her own imagination, education, and priorities in life.
The challenge this cast and crew poses to all viewers of this particular production is to note all forms of IMAGINATION within this family-friendly show.
There are over 20 high school students in the cast; all female teens are composed of Magnificat students and the all male students are from St. Ignatius. In addition, there are many grade school students (and younger!) in the cast to give a realistic showing of children on Prince Edward Island.
I certainly hope to see you in our audience and can promise you that this particular creation is as touching as the novel itself.
Thank you for your interest and support!
