Audition Dates: May 4th and May 5th [correction]
Time: 1:00pm
(All actors are asked to arrive at 1pm on the date of auditions. If you
cannot make it at 1pm, or can't make this date please inform us in your
email)
What to prepare: Readings will be from the script and prior preparation
with a short song. A headshot and resume is appreciated.
Performance Dates: Fridays & Saturdays from 7/26 - 8/17
Rehearsals: Will begin June 16th and will be Sunday-Thursdays for four
weeks. Rehearsal schedule may change due to conflicts/availability of the
actors cast.
Roles: All roles are open for a large cast and chorus ages 17-65.

The Story
Eve is Margo Channing's biggest fan, but isn't happy until she is able to
emulate her in every single way - stooping to steal her friends, fiance and
standing as Broadway's biggest star.

Eve: Actress, a generation younger than Margo
Howard: Theatrical producer
Buzz: Playwright
Duane: Margo's hairdresser
Bill: Director & Margo's lover
Karen: Margo's friend & Buzz's wife
Peter: Margo's agent
Bob: Margo's lawyer
Stan: Newspaper columnist
Bonnie: Principal singer among show biz "Gypsies"
Bert: Stage manager for Margo's play
Other: Gypsies, bartender, waiter, stage hands, T.V. techs, & more.
