The International Horror Hotel Festival and Convention is just two days away! This is an event you don't want to miss! The event will take place this weekend, May 18/19, at The Clarion Inn & Conference Center in Hudson, OH, located at 6625 Dean Memorial Parkway. Horror Hotel features film screenings, a convention, film lectures and panel discussions, special guests, a 2-day FX makeup competition, networking parties, a scream queen competition and more!

Saturday, the event runs 11am-midnight. Sunday, the event runs 11am-6pm. Weekend passes, single day passes and single event tickets can be purchased at the door.

We have a total of 18 films screening, including many local/Ohio films. Come support your local filmmakers, and meet filmmakers from across the country!
For those of you who are actresses, you may want to check out our Scream Queen Competition! If you are working in horror films or looking to establish yourself as a "Scream Queen", this is a great opportunity to compete against other actresses in front of various producers/directors. There are no extra fees to compete. All you need to do is purchase a Saturday single day pass, or a weekend pass, at the door. No early registration is necessary - just sign up at the door.
We also have a number of lectures on all aspects of horror filmmaking. From writing and producing to acting and stunts, this is a great way to get insight and information from working filmmakers.
Other highlights include the special effects makeup competition going on throughout the weekend, the "haunted" networking parties, and the convention room.
