This Monday, June 10, Beck Center for the Arts' Theater Department kicks off the summer session with a variety of specially designed classes for the youngest of our actors.

We still have a few spots available, so if you have been meaning to sign up, you still have an opportunity to do so this week! Our friendly customer service staff will be happy to help you enroll even on the day the class starts (provided there is still availability).

Acting Adventures Tue & Thu 9 am (Ages 4-6)

Location: Room 205 at Main Building
Fee: $125.00
Tue, June 11 - Tue, July 16 from 9am to 9:45am (6 Week Session)
Instructor: Elicia Bryant
Ages:  At least 4 but less than 7

Designed to introduce children to theater through improvised imagination adventures, students work on projecting their voices, listening for directions, developing stage presence, and working together while stretching their imaginations. Each week students go on an adventure to a far away land. Parents are welcome to attend the final class to see one of these amazing adventures in progress.

Mon, June 10 - Mon, July 22 from 10am to 10:45am  (7 Week Session)
Instructor: Elicia Bryant
Ages:  At least 3 but less than 6

Children take part in basic theater skills (singing, movement and acting) in a lively, creative, positive classroom atmosphere. Parents/caregivers participate during every session. Each class provides an opportunity for everyone to share in the theatrical experience.

The class concludes with an informal presentation for family and friends.
