Tickets are now on sale for Mercury Summer Stock’s 15th Anniversary Season opener, SHREK starring Blank Canvas Artistic Director Patrick Ciamacco in the title role. Ciamacco, best known for his comedic brilliance in theatrical venues throughout Cleveland and for the creation of the award-winning Blank Canvas Theatre, joins forces with MSS Artistic Director, Pierre-Jacques Brault to bring this orgre-sized family treat to life on stage!

Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks film that started it all, SHREK brings everyone’s favorite ogre to town and plops him, and his outrageous fairytale misfits, in a fantastic new musical that is sure to be a memorable family outing. Featuring a terrific score of 19 all-new songs, big laughs, great dancing, and some Mercury Summer Stock Magic, SHREK is part romance, part twisted fairy tale, and all irreverent fun for everyone!
