Swing Lowe, Sweet Chariote, a feature film based on the novel by celebrated Cleveland author Stella Hall, is an exciting coming of age story unlike any other.It contrasts the brutal realities of inner city street life with the struggles of maintaining a family, all from the perspective of a young, African-American woman. 


The story takes place in Cleveland, showcasing specific locations and community landmarks, starring Chuck D, Young Ray and Tony King (from original Sparkle, Godfather and Toy) and introducing Phillia Thomas, Hakeem Sharif, Chanel Lewis, Tami Swails, Melissa Thorne, Troy Harris, Carla Mann, Mike Chastain, Derryl Tanner as well as many other Cleveland talent and technicians.
