Mark Horning*, a writer for Examiner.com covering Fine Arts for the
Northeastern Ohio area,   is the newest member of the Cleveland Critics
Circle.  He also writes articles for “On Topic” which is a CBS web service
covering local events.  He serves as Public Relations Manager for *Ballet
in Cleveland* and is a professional photographer specializing in dance and
theatrical stage photography.  His approach to theatrical criticism is to
promote the fine arts by emphasizing the positive aspects of each

The Circle has elected *Fran Heller, Christine Howey* and *Roy Berko* to
membership on the Board of the group for three year terms.  They will be
responsible for making administrative decisions for the organization.
