[NEohioPAL] Story Slam

*STORY SLAM*

Our first ever story slam will take place on *July 25 from 6:30 to 8:30 pm*
*at Loganberry Books.*   A Story Slam is much like a poetry slam, in that
the performer creates a story to captivate the audience.  The story slam is
*competitive*, and the story that is told best and leaves the audience with
unquenchable cravings for more, will be chosen to be the victor and claim
the prize.

If you have a story to tell, contact *Joshua Edmonds* at *
LakeErieIntern at lakeerieink.org.*   The cost to compete is *$10*.  A *cash
prize* will be awarded to the winner.

*The Story Slam is free to the public*, but for *$5 you can become a story
slam judge and ensure that the storyteller that made an impact on you has
their rightful vote.*  All proceeds support creative writing programs at *Lake
Erie Ink: a writing space for youth.*
