Actors and Extras Needed for “April Fooled”

110 Films is seeking Actors, Actresses and Extras for upcoming production
scheduled for mid-August.  Applicants will need to bring Resume and Head
Shot Photos to the casting call on Thursday July 25, 2013 at 7 p.m. 26250
Euclid Ave, suite 211 Euclid Oh 44132 This will be a cold casting call and
applicants will be asked to read different parts of the script.

April Fooled is a romantic comedy that captures one man’s pursuit of love,
happiness and a good laugh. Mario, the lead character, and his friends are
known as practical jokers with a flair for the extreme. When Mario finds
the love of his life, April, life changes for the better. That’s until
April’s jealous ex comes back to re-claim what was once his. Now Mario must
find his way out of a potentially fatal encounter before it’s too late.

Applicants will be reading for 2 of the major roles: Ciara Jones and Mario
Carter but will possibly be considered for various other roles in the film.

Age= early 30’s
Personality type= laid back, determined, focused, goal oriented, passionate.
Back story= Mario grew up in a single parent home. He is the only child.
His mother raised him on a teacher’s salary. Mario never knew his father
and he despises him for not being in his life. He has always treated women
with respect, vowing to never be like his father. He one day wants a family
with kids and the whole nine. His pursuit of happiness often makes him the
butt of numerous jokes, but he is highly respected by his friends. In the
crew Mario is often of the brains behind the operation.

Occupation= 3rd Grade Teacher
Age= Late 20’s
Personality Type= loving, loyal, supportive, confident.
Back Story= Ciara is the daughter of a pastor at a local church. Her mother
is a retired teacher. Ciara followed in her mother’s footsteps and is now a
3rd grade teacher. Ciara and April have been friends since elementary
school. Ciara has always been like a big sister to April. Ciara is single
but is confident that she will find Mr. Right when the time is right.
